Check before you pay
Open it in front of the rider. Wrong or damaged? Refuse it and don’t pay.
How does the delivery process work?
- You place the order and we call you on the number you gave to confirm it, if it needs confirming.
- Each item is checked before it is packed — that it is the product and option you ordered, and in working order.
- The parcel is handed to our delivery partner, who brings it to the address you gave and calls you if they cannot find it.
- Open it in front of the rider and pay once you are happy. If it is wrong, damaged or incomplete, refuse it and tell us.
Please give a complete address and a phone number that will be answered — most late deliveries are a parcel nobody could hand over.
How are items packed?
Every order is packed to survive the journey, not just to look tidy.
- Accepted: Orders travel in a sealed box or courier bag, labelled with your name, address and invoice number.
- Accepted: Fragile items — glass, screens and bottles — are wrapped and padded so they cannot move inside the box.
- Accepted: Products stay in their original packaging, with everything that came with them.
- Your invoice number is on your order confirmation — keep it; you need it if anything has to be put right.
Charges & estimated delivery time
The charge depends on where the order is going, and the checkout shows the exact amount before you confirm.

Inside Dhaka means the Dhaka city areas. Savar, Dhamrai, Keraniganj, Nawabganj, Dohar, Ashulia are in Dhaka district but are charged the outside-Dhaka rate.
Delivery times depend on the courier and on your area, so any time given is an estimate, not a guarantee. Weather, road conditions, public holidays or unrest can delay a parcel — if yours is held up, we will let you know.
ডেলিভারি প্রক্রিয়া কীভাবে কাজ করে?
- অর্ডার করার পর প্রয়োজনে আপনার দেওয়া নম্বরে ফোন করে আমরা অর্ডারটি নিশ্চিত করি।
- প্যাক করার আগে প্রতিটি পণ্য যাচাই করা হয় — আপনার অর্ডার করা পণ্য ও অপশন কি না, এবং সচল কি না।
- পার্সেলটি আমাদের ডেলিভারি পার্টনারের কাছে দেওয়া হয়, যিনি আপনার ঠিকানায় পৌঁছে দেন এবং ঠিকানা খুঁজে না পেলে ফোন করেন।
- রাইডারের সামনেই পার্সেল খুলে দেখুন, সন্তুষ্ট হলে টাকা দিন। ভুল, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা অসম্পূর্ণ হলে ফিরিয়ে দিন এবং আমাদের জানান।
সম্পূর্ণ ঠিকানা এবং এমন একটি নম্বর দিন যেটি ধরা হবে — দেরিতে পৌঁছানো বেশিরভাগ পার্সেলই আসলে কাউকে বুঝিয়ে দেওয়া যায়নি বলে দেরি হয়।
পণ্য কীভাবে প্যাক করা হয়?
- Accepted: অর্ডার যায় সিল করা বক্স বা কুরিয়ার ব্যাগে, আপনার নাম, ঠিকানা ও ইনভয়েস নম্বরসহ।
- Accepted: ভঙ্গুর পণ্য — কাচ, স্ক্রিন ও বোতল — এমনভাবে মুড়িয়ে প্যাড করা হয় যাতে বক্সের ভেতরে নড়তে না পারে।
- Accepted: পণ্য থাকে তার আসল প্যাকেজিংয়ে, সঙ্গে আসা সবকিছুসহ।
- আপনার ইনভয়েস নম্বর অর্ডার কনফার্মেশনে থাকে — রেখে দিন, কোনো সমস্যা হলে লাগবে।
ডেলিভারি চার্জ ও আনুমানিক সময়
চার্জ নির্ভর করে অর্ডারটি কোথায় যাচ্ছে তার ওপর; অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার আগে চেকআউটে সঠিক পরিমাণ দেখানো হয়।

ঢাকার ভেতরে বলতে ঢাকা শহরের এলাকাগুলো বোঝায়। Savar, Dhamrai, Keraniganj, Nawabganj, Dohar, Ashulia ঢাকা জেলায় হলেও ঢাকার বাইরের চার্জ প্রযোজ্য।
ডেলিভারির সময় কুরিয়ার ও আপনার এলাকার ওপর নির্ভর করে, তাই যেকোনো সময় আনুমানিক, নিশ্চয়তা নয়। আবহাওয়া, রাস্তার অবস্থা, ছুটি বা অস্থিরতায় দেরি হতে পারে — আপনার পার্সেল আটকে গেলে আমরা জানাব।
