These terms cover this website and every order placed through it. Placing an order means you accept them. If you do not, please do not order.

Who we are · আমরা কারা

The Mir is an online shop operating from Dhaka, Bangladesh. Our email address and any other way to reach us are in the footer of every page.

Products and descriptions · পণ্য ও বর্ণনা

We describe each product as accurately as we can, using the specifications the manufacturer or supplier gives us. Photographs are of the product, but screens differ and a colour may not look identical in your hand. Where a listing shows options, what you receive is the option you chose.

If we find a mistake in a description or a price after you have ordered, we will tell you and you may cancel the order at no cost.

Prices · দাম

Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and are the price of the goods. Delivery is charged separately and is shown on the checkout page before you confirm. Prices can change, but the price that applies to your order is the one shown when you placed it.

Placing an order · অর্ডার করা

An order is a request to buy, not a completed sale. We may contact you on the number you gave to confirm it. We may decline an order — if the item is out of stock, if the address is outside what we can deliver to, or if we cannot reach you — and we will tell you why.

Payment · পেমেন্ট

We take cash on delivery only. You pay the person who brings the parcel, when it reaches you. We never ask for payment in advance, and we never ask for a card number, a mobile-banking PIN or a one-time code. Anyone who does is not us.

Delivery · ডেলিভারি

We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh. The delivery charge depends on where the order is going and is shown at checkout. Delivery times depend on the courier and on where you are; any time we mention is an estimate, not a guarantee. Please give a complete address and a number that will be answered — most late deliveries are a parcel nobody could hand over.

Checking your parcel · পার্সেল বুঝে নেওয়া

Open the parcel and check it in front of the person who delivered it. If what is inside is not what you ordered, is damaged, or is missing something, do not pay for it — refuse it there and then and tell us. That is the simplest way to put it right, for both of us.

Cancelling an order · অর্ডার বাতিল

You can cancel any time before the parcel is handed to the courier — just tell us. After that it is on its way, and the way to stop it is to refuse it at the door. There is nothing to refund either way, because nothing has been paid.

Replacements · বদল ও সমাধান

If a product is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what the listing described, tell us within 3 days of receiving it, with photos and the invoice number. We will replace it, or take it back and return what you paid, whichever suits. Please keep the box and everything that came with it.

A product that is exactly as described and in working order is not returnable simply because you changed your mind, unless its own page says otherwise. Software, consumables and anything sold opened or used are not returnable once used.

Warranty · ওয়ারেন্টি

Where a product carries a manufacturer's or supplier's warranty, that warranty is what covers it and its length is stated on the product's page or in the box. We will help you make a claim. Damage from misuse, water, or repairs done elsewhere is not covered.

Your account · আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট

You can order without an account. If you make one, it is keyed to your phone number and it holds your orders, your saved products and your addresses. Keep the password to yourself, and keep the number itself secure — anyone with access to it can register against it. Tell us if you think someone else is using your account.

Using this website · ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার

Please do not place orders you do not intend to receive, use someone else's number, or try to break, copy or overload the site. We may refuse service to an account or a number that does any of these.

Our content · আমাদের কনটেন্ট

The text, photographs and design on this site belong to us or to the suppliers we work with. Please do not republish them as your own.

What we are responsible for · আমাদের দায়

We are responsible for delivering what you ordered, in the condition it was described. Where something goes wrong that is our fault, what we owe is limited to the value of that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, the weather, or events outside our control.

Governing law · প্রযোজ্য আইন

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh are where any dispute is settled.

Changes to these terms · শর্ত পরিবর্তন

We may update this page. The version on it when you order is the one that applies to that order.
